These Shipping & Returns policies should be read together with our Terms of Service
ORDERS & FULFILMENT
We ship to the lower forty-eight states. Bulk orders to dealers can be an exception.
Our carrier is UPS ground service. We ship from our distribution center at 23896 Madison St, Torrance, CA 90505.
We operate fulfilment Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders received by 5PM PST will be processed on same day.
Order handling time is 1-5 days when items are in stock with a transit time between 1-2 weeks.
ORDER VALUE AND FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all bikes, otherwise for any value less than $1,000, shipping costs are based on weight, size, destination, and quantity. This is calculated at checkout using an automatic on-site app.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellation requests bikes in-stock orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellations are subject to a 25% processing fee and all cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Please be aware that our automated shipping process sends orders to distribution centers to process without delay. Your order may ship before you receive tracking information.
Pre-Orders and Backorders: Regardless of when the item ships, credit and debit cards will be charged promptly for all pre-orders or backorders. Orders can be cancelled before it ships however there will be a 2.5% penalty fee. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
ORDER CHANGES:
The items in your order cannot be changed after it has been placed. We have the right to cancel your current order if it has not shipped. The requested items will require a new order from you. We will not be able to cancel your order if it has shipped. Please refer to our above return policy.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
We acknowledge that changes in addresses occasionally may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. But, after your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the shipping or billing address.
A delivery signature is necessary for every bike order. You will not be able to alter your address with the carrier as a result. Please contact Vulcan directly if you need to request an address change for a bike delivery. Bike order address changes require Vulcan's approval and are subject to extra rerouting costs.
RETURNS POLICY SCOPE: ALL COUNTRIES
We accept returns of defective products, new products if unopened in original packaging. We do not accept exchanges.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RESTOCKING FEES:
To understand our return and restocking fee policy, which is applicable to all parts, extras, and e-bikes sold by Vulcan Bikes, please read the information below carefully.
A) E-bike orders:
- Returns are subject to a return window - returns are not permitted 14 days after receiving. The return window is extended during US and State public holidays.
- The box must be sealed and unopened.
- The bicycle must be new, odor-free, undamaged, and in the same packaging as when you received it to be eligible for a return.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways (this is withheld from the refund - Vulcan will provide the original invoices if needed).
- All returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. (This will be withheld from the refund).
- Refund Processing Time – refunds are processed within ten working days of receipt.
B) Bike accessory/replacement part orders:

- The item must be in the exact packing and condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It also must be unopened, undamaged, and free of any fragrances or dirt.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
- All returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. (This will be withheld from the refund).
- All orders must be returned in their original packaging; returns in other packing materials will not be accepted.
C) If you have received the wrong item:
Please contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, we will make the necessary corrections straight away.
D) Refusal of Shipment Delivery:
Your refund will not include the shipping costs (both ways) if the item is refused at delivery.
E) Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If the item has no manufacturing defects, the wear and tear on the bike, shipping fee (both ways), and subject to up to a 25% restocking fee will be applied to ebike orders.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please be aware that purchases made during a sale (such as one held on Black Friday, Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) cannot be cancelled.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a return contact your bank or credit card provider as it could take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
Please contact us at support@vulcanbikes.com after this and you still have not received your refund.
F) Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.
Please be aware that purchases made during a sale (such as one held on Black Friday, Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) cannot be reversed.
G) Gifts
You will be given a gift credit for your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.
We will send the giver a refund and let them know about your return if the item was not identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
H) Return Shipping
The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.
If the item being shipped costs more than $75, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Payments made for shipping insurance at the time of shipment are not refundable.
