Free shipping on ebike orders

 

The refund policy of Vulcan Bikes is as follows:

 

CANCELLATIONS:

  • All cancellation requests bikes in-stock orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Cancellations are subject to a 2.5% processing fee and all cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Please be aware that our automated shipping process sends orders to distribution centers to process without delay. Your order may ship before you receive tracking information.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorders: Regardless of when the item ships, credit and debit cards will be charged promptly for all pre-orders or backorders,. Orders can be canceled before it ships however there will be a 2.5% penalty fee. Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

ORDER CHANGES:

  • The items in your order cannot be changed after it has been placed. We have the right to cancel your current order if it has not shipped. The requested items will require a new order from you. We won't be able to cancel your order if it has shipped. Please refer to our above return policy. 

ADDRESS CHANGES:

  • We acknowledge that changes in addresses occasionally may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. But, after your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change the shipping or billing address.
  • A delivery signature is necessary for every bike order. You won't be able to alter your address with the carrier as a result. Please get in touch with Vulcan directly if you need to request an address change for a bike delivery. Bike order address changes require Vulcan's approval and are subject to extra rerouting costs.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RESTOCKING FEES:

To understand our return and restocking fee policy, which is applicable to all parts, extras, and e-bikes sold by Vulcan Bikes, please read the information below carefully.

A) E-bike orders:

  1. Returns are not permitted 14 days after receiving.
  2. The box must be sealed and unopened.
  3. The bicycle must be new, odor-free, undamaged, and in the same packaging as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return.

  5. The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways (this is withheld from the refund - Vulcan will provide the original invoices if needed).
  6. All returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. (This will be withheld from the refund).
  7. Accessory/replacement part orders:
  • Returns will not be allowed after 14 days of receiving.
  • The item must be in the exact packing and condition that you got it in order to be eligible for a return. It also must be unopened, undamaged, and free of any fragrances or dirt.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.
  • All returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. (This will be withheld from the refund).
  • All orders must be returned in their original packaging; returns in other packing materials will not be accepted.

B) Used items:

  1. No returns are accepted unless there are severe instances of damage or malfunction, and even then, they must be approved by us first.
  2. All orders must be sent back in their original packaging; other forms of packing will not be accepted.
  3. After the item is examined, the amount of your return will be reduced for the bike's wear and tear. We do open the boxes in authorized malfunction returns while recording on camera to prevent misunderstandings.
  4. Severe malfunction returns are limited to 100 miles and three months.
  5. Without regard to the circumstances, bikes with modifications cannot be returned.
  6. Battery purchases are not returnable due to restrictions placed by the return shipping carrier. Customers are unable to return batteries using shipping carriers due to shipping restrictions on high-capacity lithium-ion batteries.

              

C) If you've received the wrong item:

On fulfillment day, a mix-up can occasionally occur. Please get in touch with us immediately if you receive an item that didn't order or the wrong item, and we'll make the necessary corrections straight away. For replacement, the product needs to be brand-new and in the original packing.

D) Refusal of Shipment Delivery:

Your refund will not include the shipping costs (both ways) if the item is refused at delivery.

E) Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Orders for e-bikes will be subject to up to a 25% return fee, the wear and tear on the bike, the delivery fee (both ways), and any manufacturing flaws.

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Please be aware that purchases made during a sale (such as one held on Black Friday, Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) cannot be canceled. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Check your bank account first if you haven't gotten a return yet. Finally, get in touch with your credit card provider because it could take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

F) Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items are not eligible.

 Please be aware that purchases made during a sale (such as one held on Black Friday, Christmas, Father's Day, etc.)  cannot be reversed.

 

G) Gifts

You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

 We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item was not identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

 

F) Return Shipping

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

 The amount of time it may take for your replaced item to arrive to you will depend on where you reside.

If the item being shipped costs more than $75, you might want to use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we'll get your returned item. Payments made for shipping insurance at the time of shipment are not refundable.
